All tickets purchased through our website are considered as “will call” and are not shipped. The receipt with you acts as a ticket and can be shown at the event during registration for entrance.
The shipping requests for booking orders always be shipped on very next business day, i.e. Monday to Friday, following the event date. If in any case, it is not possible to ship that very day or the following day, we communicate to our client with the recent update. Every domestic order for businesses and residences are sent via UPS ground. The domestic orders to various military addresses and PO Box are sent through USPS priority mall. The international orders are sent through USPS Priority Mail International. We also reserve the rights to hold or delay orders having inappropriate shipping locations (i.e., domestic v/s international).
Corrections of Shipping Address:
The users can send all of their shipping address correction to email@example.com stating the phrase “Address Correction” in subject line. While sending email to try to make sure that you mention the order ID too with the email.
If you have received a damaged or wrong order, you can click on contact us tab within ten business days and can return the product with the tags attached in the original package with the receipt. We will inspect the issue and exchange if the same is available in our stock. Our clients can exercise the refund option for the return shipping. Once we have received the damaged product, we will communicate about the receiving and notify you about the refund or replacement, if one is available.
